First of all, i consider this post as special one. This is to address the question that some of my blogmates/visitors asked. "How to create a subdomain and install wordpress on it through CPanel"
For those who already know the process, please correct me if i am wrong.
CPanel: Creating Subdomain
1. Login to your CPanel account
2. Click on the Subdomain icon or its linked name (see below)
3. Type the name of subdomain and click ADD
Cpanel: Installing Wordpress
1. At Home, click Fantastico De luxe (see icon below)
2. Click Wordpress under blog which can be found at the left side of the page. (see below)
3. Click New Installation at the Wordpress box (see below)
4. Fill-up necessary information and click Install Wordpress.
5. Finish, you may login to your subdomain admin page

Note that these instructions are for cPanel version 10 (or hosting providers using the outdated x and x2 themes). If you are on cPanel 11 with the X3 theme, here's how you can find this functionality:
Subdomains functionality is now found in the section called "Domains."
Additionally, Fantastico is a third party product so not all who have a hosting provider that uses cPanel will have Fantastico.
Fantastico typically places their icon in the Software/Services section of the cPanel interface nowadays.
it should have been - installing wordpress using fantastico, :P

Hope someone could clear this up: In the install directory, should I leave this empty? Where would wordpress be installed - on the subdomain directory or the root directory (the main domain directory)? There is an existing wordpress in the main directory. Help. I don't wanna mess my existing main wordpress installation.
