The very famous LimeWire - a website for sharing of music, movies and tv shows for free - will take its last breath until December 31 of this year. Reportedly, not only the website will be shut down but also its sole office in New York.

The music industry blames every websites which share mp3s and other music files for free which they charge for Piracy and main reason for a sloping down of music sales. LimeWire file-sharing service had been found liable for copyright infringement.
